We're excited to have you join us for a great day of golf, networking, and fun. Below you'll find everything you need to know before you hit the course.

PARKING: Parking is free and available onsite. Please allow extra time to unload gear or set up any materials if you're participating as a vendor or activation partner.

Grab delicious breakfast right after - sponsored by Chick-fil-A and New Dawn Treatment Centers!

After breakfast, kick off your morning with a fun and laid-back challenge at the Putting Contest, taking place from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM.
For just $10, participants can test their putting skills for a chance to win a bottle of liquor, generously sponsored by RNDC.
ACTIVATION VENDOR CHECK IN
Check In Time: 7:45 AM

Check in with the staff member near the clubhouse to get directions to your hole.
​
Some holes are drivable — feel free to head directly to your assigned hole after checking in with one of our staff members.
​
Setup should be complete by 10:00 AM, so please plan accordingly.

Raffle will be drawn at 3:00 PM. Winners will be announced at the reception.
Post-Tournament Reception
Time: Begins as the first golfers finish, approximately 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Clubhouse
Wrap up the day with a celebratory reception featuring:

Tournament Format & Rules
We will be playing in a scramble format

At each hole, men are to tee off from the white tees and women are to tee off from the gold tees.

After all the team members have hit their tee shots, the team selects the ball in the best position. Each player can shoot from this location for their next shot. This shot must be within one club length of the selected ball. If the selected ball is in the rough, each player must play from the rough. This will continue until your team. has reached the green

·You must use at least two drives from each member of your team during the round.
scoring and prizes
At the end of the tournament, each team must turn in their scorecard inside the Pro Shop to be eligible for prizes.
No scorecard = no prize eligibility — don’t forget!
Championship belt, Certificate for a foursome at Whitney Oaks, $400 credit towards next year ($100 per person)
