• Be sure to have added your digital tickets to your mobile wallet prior to arrival to avoid needing to log back in to your account to access your tickets.

• Tip: As long as one person has all tickets for their group if arriving together, only that person will need to have their tickets up on their mobile device for scanning at the gates. If arriving separately, be sure to transfer your tickets to your friends/family accordingly.

• Fully vaccinated guests are encouraged to wear a mask while attending the concert. It is strongly recommended that unvaccinated guests continue to wear a face covering.

• Sutter Health Park is a CASHLESS FACILITY. Guests may use major credit cards, debit cards, or River Cats gift cards for all purchases while at the ballpark, and in the parking lots. No cash will be accepted in any capacity.

• All guests will pass through metal detectors to enter the gates at Sutter Health Park.

• This event has a NO BAG POLICY. Clutches/wallets no larger than 5"x8" (about the size of a half sheet of paper) are permitted inside Sutter Health Park. Anything larger will NOT BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE GATES.

• VIP TICKETHOLDERS: Please make sure you obtain a wristband near our Right Field Gate prior to entering the field level.

• GA TICKETHOLDERS will have access to the non-VIP field level and seating bowl. All areas are unreserved and first come-first served.

• SUITE HOLDERS will have access to the above areas in addition to their private suite.

The entire field level is standing room only. All areas are first come-first served.

USO DE MASCARILLAS /ESTADO DE VACUNACIÓN: Para eventos grandes al aire libre, el Estado recomienda que todos los invitados estén completamente vacunados, obtengan una prueba negativa de COVID-19 antes de asistir a eventos, o usen una cubierta facial. Los huéspedes que no declaren su estado de vacunación deben usar cubiertas faciales. Los huéspedes completamente vacunados se anima a usar una máscara para asistir al evento. Los huéspedes no vacunados aún deben usar una máscara. Tenga en cuenta el riesgo de asistir a eventos grandes y concurridos donde el estado de vacunación de otras personas que asistan puede ser desconocido, o otros pueden no ser elegibles actualmente para la vacunación, o pueden estar inmunocomprometidos y cuya protección contra la vacuna puede ser incompleta.
MASKING/VACCINATION STATUS: For large outdoor events, the State strongly recommends that all guests be fully vaccinated, obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to attending events, or wear a face covering. Attendees who do not self attest vaccination status should wear face coverings. Fully vaccinated guests are encouraged to wear a mask to attend the event. Unvaccinated guests should still wear a mask. Please be aware of the risk of attending large crowded events where the vaccine status of others in attendance may be unknown, or others may not currently be eligible for vaccination, or may be immunocompromised and whose vaccine protection may be incomplete.

CASHLESS VENUE: No cash will be accepted inside Sutter Health Park Parking Lot, or once inside the gates. All major credit/debit cards and River Cats gift cards will be acceptable forms of payment.

NO BAGS PERMITTED INSIDE VENUE: For the safety of our guests and employees, all attendees will pass through metal detectors prior to entering the gates. Additionally, NO BAGS are permitted inside Sutter Health Park unless a clutch or wallet SMALLER than 5"x8" (about the size of a half sheet of paper).

MOBILE TICKETS: All tickets to attend the concert are in the form of digital tickets. Guests will need to have their ticket ready for scan on their mobile device to enter.
