Your Guide to Fourth on the Field presented by Xfinity and Comcast Business

Get ready for some fun at Sutter Health Park as we celebrate America! We are looking forward to sharing this special holiday with you and your family! Please note the following details to ensure you’ve got the information you need to make it a memorable night:

Date: Tuesday, July 4

Tickets: All tickets are electronic. Save time at the gates (and don’t run the risk of spotty Wi-Fi) by loading your tickets into your mobile wallet prior to arrival. All guests 2 years and older must have a ticket to enter Sutter Health Park.

Parking Opens: 5:00pm. $15/vehicle. Electronic payment only, no cash accepted.

Free bike valet available.

Parking is limited plan to carpool/arrive early.

Expect longer wait times upon exiting after the fireworks show.

Gates Open: 6:00pm at the Main Gates or Right Field Gate.

  • The field is open for anyone to enjoy, seating space on the field will fill up quickly, so if you’re looking to claim your turf, we recommend arriving with enough time to be in line when gates open. Otherwise, show up anytime, and there will be plenty of other places within the ballpark to set up camp for the night. All tickets are GA tickets, meaning there is no assigned seat for you to look for.

  • There will be no re-entry once inside the gates. Be sure to bring your blankets/jackets with you when you enter if you think you will need them.

    • A designated smoking area will be available inside the ballpark. Please, no smoking or vaping on the field or the concourse.

  • Sutter Health Park is a CASHLESS VENUE & CLEAR BAGS ARE REQUIRED UPON ENTRY: for your safety, all guests will pass through walkthrough metal detectors upon entry. Please plan accordingly and give yourself a little extra time to enter the gates. Pack light – any bags larger than 5”x8” (about the size of a half sheet of paper) must be clear. Refer to the graphic below for help on what is permitted. Diaper bags, and medical bags will be permitted, and are subject to search.

  • Strollers and Wagons are permitted inside the gates; HOWEVER, they will not be permitted on the field. If you plan to bring a stroller/wagon, we will have a designated stroller check-in area near the Right Field side of the concourse.

  • No chairs, tents, outside food, fireworks, etc. will be permitted inside the gates. If bringing a refillable water bottle, make sure that it is EMPTY upon arrival.

The Food: We’ll have lots of food trucks lining the warning track and the concourse, giving you plenty of options and varieties to tempt your taste buds throughout the night. In addition, our storefronts will be open offering up your Sutter Health Park favorites. Food Truck lines will close at 9:20pm to get ready for the fireworks!

For the adults, be sure to visit the Beer Garden above the left field line, which features local craft beers on tap! The Elysian Brewing Landing will also be open with Elysian & Kona Brewing favorites, and of course, there will be bars on the field too! Don't forget your ID!

The Fun: You won’t be bored waiting for the fireworks! Draw your attention to the field at second base to groove to the live band, One Sharp Mind all night. Be sure to make the stroll around the ballpark and you’ll find fun vendors for some shopping, face painters, balloon twisters, fortune tellers, and more. Our Down on the Farm Kids’ area will feature a play structure, whiffle ball field, a splash pad, and activity area. To prepare for the fireworks show, the Down on the Farm Kids’ area will close at 9:00pm.

The Fireworks: We’ll light up the night sky at 9:30pm!
