TICKETING/BOLETOS:

  • Be sure to have added your digital tickets to your mobile wallet prior to arrival to avoid needing to log back in to your account to access your tickets.

  • Tip: As long as one person has all tickets for their group if arriving together, only that person will need to have their tickets up on their mobile device for scanning at the gates. If arriving separately, be sure to transfer your tickets to your friends/family accordingly.

ENTERING THE GATES/ENTRANDO POR LAS PUERTAS:​

  • Sutter Health Park is a CASHLESS FACILITY. Guests may use major credit cards, debit cards, or River Cats gift cards for all purchases while at the ballpark, and in the parking lots. No cash will be accepted in any capacity. 

  • Sutter Health Park es una INSTALACIÓN SIN EFECTIVO. Los huéspedes pueden usar las principales tarjetas de crédito, tarjetas de débito o tarjetas de regalo de River Cats para todas las compras mientras estén en el estadio y en los estacionamientos. No se aceptará dinero en efectivo.

  • All guests will pass through metal detectors to enter the gates at Sutter Health Park.

  • Todos los huéspedes pasarán por detectores de metales para entrar por las puertas del Sutter Health Park.

  • This event has a NO BAG POLICY. Clutches/wallets no larger than 5"x8" (about the size of a half sheet of paper) are permitted inside Sutter Health Park. Anything larger will NOT BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE GATES.

  • Este evento tiene una PÓLIZA DE NO BOLSAS. Se permiten bolsas pequeñas/ billeteras de no más de 5 "x 8" (aproximadamente del tamaño de media hoja de papel)  dentro de Sutter Health Park. Cualquier cosa más grande NO SERÁ PERMITIDA DENTRO DE LAS PUERTAS.

  • FAN ZONE TICKETHOLDERS: Please make sure you obtain a wristband from a dedicated Fan Zone wristband location prior to entering the field level.

  • FAN ZONE:  Asegúrese de obtener una pulsera Fan Zone de la ubicación dedicada antes de ingresar al nivel del campo.

  • GA TICKETHOLDERS will have access to the non-Fan Zone field level and seating bowl. All areas are unreserved and first come-first served.

  • Los titulares de boletos de GA (entrada General) tendrán acceso al nivel de campo menos la área FAN ZONE  y tendrán acceso al tazón de asientos. Todas las áreas no están reservas y son atribuidas por orden de llegada.

The entire field level is standing room only. All areas are first come-first served.

SUTTER HEALTH PARK PROTOCOLS/ PROTOCOLOS DE SUTTER HEALTH PARK

LUGAR SIN EFECTIVO: No se aceptará dinero en efectivo dentro del estacionamiento de Sutter Health Park, o dentro de las puertas. Todas las principales tarjetas de crédito / débito y tarjetas de regalo de River Cats serán formas de pago aceptables.
CASHLESS VENUE: No cash will be accepted inside Sutter Health Park Parking Lot, or once inside the gates. All major credit/debit cards and River Cats gift cards will be acceptable forms of payment.

NO SE PERMITEN BOLSAS DENTRO DEL LUGAR: Para la seguridad de nuestros invitados y empleados, todos los asistentes pasarán por detectores de metales antes de ingresar a las puertas. Además, NO se permiten bolsas dentro de Sutter Health Park a menos que sea una bolsa de mano o cartera SEA MENOR que 5 "x8" (aproximadamente del tamaño de media hoja de papel).
NO BAGS PERMITTED INSIDE VENUE: For the safety of our guests and employees, all attendees will pass through metal detectors prior to entering the gates. Additionally, NO BAGS are permitted inside Sutter Health Park unless a clutch or wallet SMALLER than 5"x8" (about the size of a half sheet of paper).

ENTRADAS MÓVILES: Todas las entradas para asistir al concierto son en forma de entradas digitales. Los huéspedes deberán tener su boleto listo para escanear en su dispositivo móvil para entrar al evento.
MOBILE TICKETS: All tickets to attend the concert are in the form of digital tickets. Guests will need to have their ticket ready for scan on their mobile device to enter.
