  1. Click the ‘REDEEM VOUCHER’ button above to begin the redemption process. Be sure to select the correct voucher option

  2. Enter the offer code located on your voucher and click ‘APPLY’. If you have multiple codes, enter the codes individually and click ‘APPLY’ each time.

  3. Enter your contact information. The e-mail address entered on this page will manage the digital tickets. Click ‘REDEEM’.

  4. Instructions for accessing your mobile tickets via rivercats.com/accountmanager will be sent in a confirmation email.

HOW TO ACCESS CALI-FEST TICKETS/ COMO ACCEDER SUS BOLETOS CALI-FEST

  1. Guests must present a mobile ticket for entry into Sutter Health Park on Saturday, July 23.

    1. Huéspedes deben presentar un boleto digital para poder entrar a Sutter Health Park el Sábado, Julio 23.

  2. Log into rivercats.com/accountmanager using the email address provided during the voucher redemption process.

    1. Inicie la sesión en rivercats.com/accountmanager utilizando el correo electrónico que proveyó cuando cambió su vale. Para hacer esto tiene que oprimir ‘Log In’.

  3. If new to the Ticketmaster system, you may be asked to ‘Sign Up’ prior to accessing your tickets.

    1. Si usted es nuevo a la plataforma de Ticketmaster, primero tendrá que registrarse con Ticketmaster para poder acceder sus boletos. Para crear una cuenta oprima ‘Sign-Up’.

  4. Tap the ‘Manage My Events’ icon

  5. Select Cali-Fest

  6. Add ticket(s) to your mobile wallet prior to the event date for quick and easy entry at the gates.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All purchasers redeeming for Cali-Fest tickets are bound by the terms set forth on the tickets voucher. Offer valid for Cali-Fest tickets only. No refunds or Exchanges. Sacramento River Cats are not responsible for vouchers that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Vouchers expire on July 24, 2022.

DETALLES IMPORTANTES/IMPORTANT DETAILS

LUGAR SIN EFECTIVO: No se aceptará dinero en efectivo dentro del estacionamiento de Sutter Health Park, o una vez dentro de las puertas. Todas las principales tarjetas de crédito / débito y tarjetas de regalo de River Cats serán formas de pago aceptables.
CASHLESS VENUE: No cash will be accepted inside Sutter Health Park Parking Lot, or once inside the gates. All major credit/debit cards and River Cats gift cards will be acceptable forms of payment.

NO SE PERMITEN BOLSAS DENTRO DEL LUGAR: Para la seguridad de nuestros invitados y empleados, todos los asistentes pasarán por detectores de metales antes de ingresar a las puertas. Además, NO se permiten bolsas dentro de Sutter Health Park a menos que sea una bolsa de mano o cartera SEA MENOR que 5 "x8" (aproximadamente del tamaño de media hoja de papel).
NO BAGS PERMITTED INSIDE VENUE: For the safety of our guests and employees, all attendees will pass through metal detectors prior to entering the gates. Additionally, NO BAGS are permitted inside Sutter Health Park unless a clutch or wallet SMALLER than 5"x8" (about the size of a half sheet of paper).

MOBILE TICKETS: All tickets to attend the concert are in the form of digital tickets. Guests will need to have their ticket ready for scan on their mobile device to enter. 

FAN ZONE
UBICACIÓN: Ubicación FAN ZONE en el campo más cercano al escenario. Solo pueden estar de pie. Los espacios son atribuidos por orden de llegada.
LOCATION: FAN ZONE Location on-field closest to the stage. Standing Room Only. Location is first-come first-served.

FAN ZONE ticket holders can be all ages. 

ESTACIONAMIENTO/ PARKING

Parking is $25 at all Sutter Health Park operated parking lots. All major credit/debit cards accepted. No cash payments accepted.
